Refunds & Exchanges

Each of our cookies is thoughtfully handcrafted and carefully inspected prior to dispatch. Upon delivery, our driver will present your order for verification, including design, personalised messaging, and any accompanying items. Once the order has been received and signed for by you or an authorised recipient, it will be considered accepted.

As every creation is made to order, requests for refunds or exchanges based on aesthetic preferences—including decorating style, wording, or overall design—will not be accommodated once the order has been accepted.

All items become the responsibility of the recipient upon successful delivery. While we take great care in packaging, cookies are inherently delicate and should be handled with care. We are unable to accept liability for any damage incurred after delivery.

Please note that flavour profiles and textures are inherently subjective and part of the artisanal nature of our products. As such, we do not offer refunds or exchanges based on personal taste preferences once the order has been accepted. Additionally, we are unable to process refunds for items that have been partially or fully consumed.

We will, however, gladly make things right under the following circumstances:

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, kindly notify our driver prior to signing for acceptance.
  • You may opt for a prompt replacement (subject to availability) or a refund.
  • Should you choose to retain an incorrect item, we will refund any price difference where applicable.

Outside of the above, refunds will not be issued.

Cancellation & Amendments

All orders placed via our website are considered final, as production begins shortly after confirmation. As such, cancellations and refunds are not available once an order has been placed.

For any amendments, or if you wish to consolidate multiple orders into a single delivery, we recommend contacting our customer service team before placing an additional order. We will do our best to assist.
